LOCAL SHIPPING
  • Due to recent global price fluctuations, a temporary adjustment in shipping charges has been implemented. While the overall increase has been substantial, we have taken every possible step to absorb the majority of the impact, ensuring that only a minimal adjustment is passed on to our valued customers.

    We remain committed to offering the best possible value and will continue to monitor the situation closely. Once conditions stabilize, we will review and aim to revert to our previous shipping rates.

  • All orders till value of Rs. 4,000 will now be charged Rs. 250 against delivery charges w.e.f 13th December 2024. Orders above this value will be charged on the basis of weight and amount but not more than Rs.550. Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card payment processing can take up to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided. If the item(s) in “Cash on Delivery” order is out of stock in our warehouse, then we will only ship the available article (s) and if the item(s) in “(credit card)” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will take your advice for the replacement product (s). You will be informed via phone, message or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason. Your order should be delivered within 3- 4 business days via Trax, Call Courier, TPL  or Blue Ex
  • For any paid or COD order which is of bulk quantity or amount. SAYA team will contact the consignee for verification of the transaction and order confirmation. And if customers are not contactable within 3-5 days, SAYA reserves the right to cancel the order
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    • International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment once all the ordered items are arranged. So if there is any difference in the shipping charges paid while placing of order and the final charges that the courier is charging us then our customer service team will be coordinating for the payment of the differential amount, until then the package will remain on hold. Be noted, that we dont hold any margins in the international shipping charges. International shipments are subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
    • International shipping usually arrives within 10 - 20 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Delivery time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, customs delays and the transit time from DHL or Skynet. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by you.

    • Note: Do not accept any package if the flyer is torn from any side or the seal of the flyer is tampered with. Refuse that parcel and report this to our customer service department to resolve this and to arrange delivery at the earliest.
      SAYA doesn't hold any responsibility in case of any parcel being accepted with any tampering, torn, or damaged condition. Neither any Return nor Exchange will entertained In such cases.
